Current Covid restrictions;
Please bring your own mat and a towel, if you dont have either of these we have them at the studio.
* Please don’t come to class if you are unwell
*Sanitize your hands before you enter the studio(we have a station just outside)
*One person in the foyer at a time
*Please stay on your mat during class
*Be mindful of distancing when leaving

Our yoga space is a fully equipped, air-conditioned and welcoming studio. Our yoga classes are for everybody, regardless of age or fitness level. We provide all equipment including mats, bolsters, blocks, belts and more and we may use these in class to help with alignment and support in the poses. Regular yoga practice improves strength, flexibility and balance, and you will leave the class feeling calm and restored.

Bookings & Passes

We use an online booking system called Punchpass. Punchpass works best if you Create an Account, Purchase a Pass, then book your classes. Or, just come along and we’ll do it for you.


You can just turn up for any class and we can book you in at the studio. Cash or credit cards accepted. You can also purchase a casual class pass without creating a Punchpass Account.
